Elliott/Dickens, San Jose, Calif., acquired GORP New Media, a Chicago interactive developer. Percy Wang, 28, founder of GORP, was named developer of interactive services for Elliott/Dickens, an agency whose clients include Seiko Instruments, Digital Medical Systems and Hewlett-Packard Co.'s Handheld Products Division. Andrew O'Reilly Laing, 29, a partner in GORP, was named project manager for Elliott/Dickens Interactive Services.
