Interactive Marketing Agency, Hermosa Beach, Calif., has opened an office in New York. Andrew S. Pakula, 36, named exec VP-managing director, was formerly senior partner and co-director of interactive media development at Bozell Worldwide, New York. Interactive Marketing, formerly known as Creative Services Group, this week won the advertising account for Yahoo Corp., the Internet directory.

Sprint opens Sprint Stop, its long-awaited World Wide Web site at 6 p.m. ET Friday. The site will let users sign up for new calling plans, order calling cards and send account questions, in addition to reading the usual company information. Sprint also will host a series of roundtable online discussions hosted by communications experts. Competitors AT&T and MCI Communications Corp. each established Web sites several months ago.
