International agency partnership formed

The International Communications Agencies Network (Icom) has pooled its resources to form Hangar-18, Rollinsville, Colo., an international interactive agency partnership. Hangar-18's first client is Switzerland Tourism, for which it will build an e-commerce site. A total of 72 agencies around the world are members of Icom; U.S. participants of Hangar-18 include Cramer-Krasselt, Milwaukee, and its C-K Interactive subsidiary; Colle & McVoy Marketing Communications, Minneapolis; and the Phelps Group, Los Angeles. International members include Publinter in El Salvador, Walkers Advertising in New Zealand and WPC in the Netherlands.
