Internet.com Corp., New York, an industry portal, acquired the ClickZ Network of Web sites, related Internet advertising and marketing properties and the ClickZ conferences business for $16 million in cash and stock. The ClickZ Network is aimed primarily at media buyers and planners, Web publishers and digital advertising agencies, offering industry analysis and insight on topics ranging from b2b marketing to e-mail marketing statistics and strategies.
