Internet business solutions company SenseNet acquired interactive agency Stir Associates, both New York. Stir clients include Glaxo Wellcome, Olympus America, Showtime Networks and Warner Bros. SenseNet clients include Procter & Gamble Co., AT&T Corp., Sprint Corp. and Eastman Kodak Co. Stir founder Alec Pollack will oversee design at SenseNet, and co-founder Tery Spataro will take on an advisory role.
