High-speed Internet service Road Runner debuts a new campaign this week, with the TV spot "Beyond Speed." The effort, created by Mad Dogs & Englishmen, New York, moves past Road Runner's first ads promoting the speed of the service. Road Runner is now targeting potential customers who have heard of it but haven't signed up. Three 30-second spots are built around perks such as program variety, constant connections, and cost and time savings. The campaign includes TV, radio, print, direct mail and point of purchase, and will run for about three months in the 10 markets where the Time Warner-owned Road Runner service is available.
