Internet spam master tries a new spin

Published on .

Cyber Promotions, the bulk e-mailer that has incited the wrath of online service users worldwide, said it will launch the first Internet service provider to allow users to send as much bulk e-mail, or spam, as they want for a single monthly fee. Cyber Promotions has been sued by (and has countersued) most of the major online services, particularly America Online, as a result of its practices.
