Interpublic's Octagon Names President

LONDON -- Octagon, Interpublic's new sports and entertainment arm, has named Frank Craighill as its president. Mr. Craighill is currently co-founder and co-chairman of Advantage International, one of Octagon's operating companies.

Lee Fentress, currently co-founder and co-chairman at Advantage International, will step up to become sole chairman.

Octagon was formed last May via the acquisition of Advantage International and a majority interest in the API Group. Frank Lowe, chairman of the Lowe Group, is chairman and chief executive of Octagon. Mr. Lowe and Mr. Craighill have been working for the past eight months on developing a strategy for Octagon.
