Interzine Productions, the Boca Raton, Fla.-based creators of iGolf, iSki and Snowboarding Online, Tuesday acquired GolfAmerica, (a golf course directory) and launched golfcourse.com in conjunction with its current iGolf site. Golfcourse.com features more than 16,000 golf courses from around the world and contains info about each course including design, layouts, maps, rankings, reviews, message boards, player fees and caddies/carts. Interzine and Golf America will continue licensing the directory and selling related CD-ROMs, software and books.
