IPG buys stake in Suissa Miller

Interpublic Group of Cos. has acquired a stake in Los Angeles agency Suissa Miller, which has $282 million in billings. IPG's Western Initiative Media, Corp., West Hollywood, Calif., has traditionally done Suissa's media buying. Terms of the deal were undisclosed, but the agency will retain its identity.
