LONDON--The Interpublic Group of Cos. has created a global Internet services company that integrates the building and marketing of digital business.

Zentropy Partners launches with annual revenue of $50 million, with an initial base of nearly 500 employees serving clients across five countries worldwide.

The company brings together several Internet companies, including Anderson & Lembke Interactive, Hill Holliday Interactive, Shandwick Interactive and Thunder House, and independent companies Digital Cafe, Minneapolis, MDEO, Paris, and Zentropy, Los Angeles and New York.

"Most Web consultants and integrators stop when the site or system is done. They don't take responsibility for getting results -- delivering customers and revenue," says John Connors, who has been named the company's CEO. "Zentropy Partners attains results by bridging this gap, expanding the meaning of `end-to-end' solutions. This union of technology and marketing is what clients need to redefine their marketplace and win in e-commerce."

The company is headquartered in Cambridge, Mass., with offices in Frankfurt, London, Los Angeles, Lyon, Minneapolis, New York, Paris, San Francisco, St. Louis and Toronto.
