Terri Santisi Leaves Holding Company for IMG

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Terri Santisi, chief financial officer of Interpublic Group of Cos.' IPG Media, is leaving the company to join sports-entertainment and media company IMG as exec VP-chief financial and administrative officer.

Ms. Santisi had assumed oversight of Interpublic's media operation while unit Chairman-CEO Mark Rosenthal was on medical leave for colon cancer over the summer.

Worldwide oversight
In her new position, Ms. Santisi will be responsible for overseeing IMG's worldwide operations, including information technology, administration, human resources, corporate communications and public relations, risk management and legal affairs.

At IMG, she will report to the company's chairman-CEO, Ted Forstmann, who said in a statement: "She adds an invaluable skill set and extensive financial leadership experience to IMG's management team, which we have been strengthening over the past nine months."
