IRS promotes child deductions

The Internal Revenue Service, Washington, today launched its first pre-tax public service ads featuring a "bank of kids." Spots from Emmerling Post, New York, which will air only as PSAs, show children as bank executives talking about the additional $400 parents can take as deductions for dependents.
