Italian furnishings touted in new ads

The Italian Ministry for Foreign Trade and Italian Trade Commission on May 7 will launch a three-year, estimated $15 million campaign promoting Italian home furnishings and fashion in the U.S. Print ads from Veeder & Perman, New York, will run in publications such as House & Garden and The New Yorker. Italian furnishings generated some $2 billion in sales last year in the U.S.
