iVillage prices IPO shares

New York-based online women's network iVillage will offer 3.65 million shares in its initial public offering, according to an amendment to an earlier filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission. Shares will be priced at $12 to $14 each. The company will trade the shares on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the symbol IVIL. At that rate, it would raise an estimated $44 million to $51 million.
