J&J rebuffed anew on Confide home HIV test

Johnson & Johnson suffered another setback for its Confide home HIV test kit last week when a second arbitrator said J&J owes $500,000 to the former director of its Direct Access Diagnostics unit, Elliott Millenson. An Oct. 16 hearing is set in New Jersey Superior Court for J&J's case, which charges a previous arbitrator exceeded his authority in ordering the company to give up Confide to Mr. Millenson following a wrongful dismissal.
