The Beanstalk Group, New York, acquired by Ford last June, inked the licensing deal with Switzerland's Parfums Jaguar SA.
The deal is Beanstalk's first perfume deal for Ford, which will get an undisclosed percentage of royalties from the product's sales. David Milch, vice president of business development for Beanstalk, said he could see a similar product for Ford's high-end Aston Martin or niche Thunderbird car brands.
Jaguar cologne, which retails here for between $40 and $90, is also being sold at Harrad's, London.
Venex, Spring Lake Heights, N.J., is the U.S. distributor.
