Japan ad group studies web ads

TOKYO--The Japan Advertisers Association will set up a Web Advertising Research Group in April to look into issues concerning Web advertising. The aim is to find a system for measuring advertising effectiveness and to recommend an appropriate rate structure. The group will conduct tests to quantify the impact of advertising on the Web and exchange information with similar organizations in Europe and the U.S
