Judge voids Chicago outdoor ad ban

U.S. District Court Judge Milton I. Shader struck down a Chicago city ordinance restricting outdoor advertising of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages. The ordinance had been challenged by the Federation of Advertising Industry Representatives, a coalition that included outdoor companies and ad groups.
