Juno claims a victory against spam

Juno Online Services says it's seen a 35% drop in the volume of complaints it receives about unsolicited e-mail, commonly called spam, that forges the Juno domain name. It also reported a 65% reduction in the number of Juno accounts being improperly used as a way to collect responses from bulk e-mail solicitations. Juno began fighting spam a year ago by creating spam filters and by going after accused spammers via lawsuits.
