Juno forms deal with BMG

Juno and BMG Entertainment North America, a $5.3 billion entertainment division of Bertelsmann AG, have created a marketing alliance to distribute Juno's free Internet e-mail service to personal computer users across the United States. BMG Distribution will allow Juno to be distributed through major music and other retailers nationwide as well as work with affiliated record lables to provide the Juno software in connection with selected audio CDs. BMG Direct will also promote Juno to members of its BMG Music Service, which has more than 8 million members.
