Jupiter Communications IPO at $21 per share

Jupiter Communications set the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,125,000 shares, all of which are being issued and sold by the company, at $21 per share. In addition, the company and two existing stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 468,750 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments. The common stock will trade on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol JPTR.
