Jupiter Communications launches Japan research services

Jupiter Japan plans to offer its research products translated into Japanese as early as this fall, as well as initiate research coverage by Japanese analysts on the Internet economy there, beginning in October. The Tokyo branch of Jupiter Communications opened in June, distributing English-only versions of its research and advisory services. The company also plans to launch its executive forums in Japan. Masayuki Nagatake, formerly a VP-Internet commerce analyst with Goldman Sachs & Co., heads Jupiter Japan.
