Published on .

BATTLE CREEK, Michigan -- Kellogg Co. said Kellogg Europe President Donald G. Fritz resigned and will be succeeded by Kellogg Asia-Pacific President Jean-Louis Gourbin. Mr. Fritz's plans were not disclosed. Kellogg said the 19-year company veteran had been a ``valued member of our global management team.''

Mr. Gourbin joined Kellogg France in 1983 and has been Kellogg Asia-Pacific president since 1996. He had previously headed Kellogg's France and Benelux, Canadian and Australian divisions. No successor as Kellogg Asia-Pacific president was immediately named.
