The position has been handled by
Mr. Davidson, a 19-year veteran of Kellogg who currently holds the position of executive vice president and chief customer officer for Kellogg's U.S. Morning Foods Division, will report directly to Mr. Mackay.
Mr. Mackay has overseen the division's recent shift from acquisitions to sustaining the existing businesses through brand-building and product innovation.
George Ball, senior vice president anf general manager of Warehouse Club and Retail Specialty Brands, will replace Mr. Davidson.
