Ads, tagged "Long-term investing in a short-term world,'' feature Kemper's global investment strategist, Robert J. Froehlich, in scenes that represent his opinions on market issues. In one ad, Mr. Froehlich appears with a Wagnerian soprano and the line "It's not yet time for the you-know-who to sing.'' The campaign from FCB Worldwide, Chicago, breaks in The Wall Street Journal
and other business publications. Mr. Froehlich also will be featured in Kemper's Web site
