Kimberly-Clark Corp. is reviewing its European media buying, estimated at up to $60 million, with a pitch expected in September. The media buying services now working with Kimberly-Clark are likely to participate, including McCann-Erickson Worldwide's Universal Media; Ogilvy & Mather's the Network; J. Walter Thompson Co.; and Foote, Cone & Belding's Optimedia.
