Kirshenbaum to open new media-buying unit

Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, New York, is starting a media-buying unit within its media department to handle buying duties for new clients such as Liberty Mutual and 1-800 Flowers, which the agency said required a dedicated buying unit with more sophisticated expertise. Delilah Lee, formerly network supervisor at McCann-Erickson Worldwide, New York, was appointed group supervisor/media buying, in charge of developing the new unit.
