Former Kmart chief backs Web investment

Quatrophonic Music Corp., a record and music video company, will acquire 76% of NAMS International, an Internet distributor of interactive music videos. The venture is being financed by J.E.A. Enterprises, headed by Joseph Antonini, former chairman, president and CEO of Kmart Corp. NAMS offers downloadable video files at its Web site and includes among its offerings selections from Todd Rundgren and several small bands.
