KOZ.com, Internet Tradeline merge

KOZ.com, which helps offline communities establish a Web presence, is merging its operations with Internet Tradeline, New York, an e-commerce solutions provider for small- and medium-size businesses. The combined company, called KOZ.com, will be based in Research Triangle, N.C. Internet Tradeline's CEO Linda McCutcheon was named CEO. Terms were not disclosed. Concurrent with the merger, KOZ.com also said it is spinning off its Internet chat software suite, ichat, into a new entity called ichat Inc.
