Kraft sets up ethnic unit

Kraft Foods has formed an ethnic external relations department which will be responsible for community affairs. The division will be directed by Gus Garcia, director-external affairs, who will focus on constituency-building programs with various ethnic audiences with a primary emphasis on the Hispanic community.
