Kraft shifts unit leaders

Kraft Foods, Northfield, Ill., combined two units and shuffled division executive responsibilities. M. Carl Johnson, 49, was named exec VP and president of a new Meals & Enhancers division. Mr. Johnson was formerly exec VP-general manager, meals. Mary Kay Haben, 41, exec VP-general manager, Enhancers, was named exec VP responsible for Kraft's Foodservice and Pizza divisions. Betsy Holden, 42, formerly exec VP-general manager of Kraft's Cheese division, assumes the new title of president of that unit. Rick Searer, 44, was also named president, Oscar Mayer, a new post, while remaining exec VP of Kraft Foods. Earlier, Kraft united the Post cereal and Maxwell House coffee divisions under Maxwell House President Ann Fudge.
