Kurtz leaves ad museum

Published on .

Jan Kurtz, director of the American Advertising Museum's national exhibition program, has resigned. She will be development officer for the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Portland State University and will pursue a graduate degree in advertising history. The museum has also been without an executive director for over a year. Later this month the Portland, Ore.-based museum's national board will meet in Los Angeles and most likely determine how to fill both vacant positions.
