Agencies have been getting their first look at a prototype cover for the September relaunch of Conde Nast House & Garden. Publisher David Carey, borrowing from the launch of George, is offering advertisers charter deals in which they must run at least two ads in the first four issues, including the September debut, for $25,280 per page. He said the 400,000 rate base magazine is already averaging about 37 ad pages per issue five months before the first ad close June 20.
