WELL-HEELED: David Crow, who believes he's built the "fastest shoe in town," is one of the stars of a new TV campaign for Washington Mutual Savings Bank. McCann-Erickson Worldwide, Seattle, set out to create 30-second documentaries on offbeat people to reinforce its client's position as a consumer bank. As the spots note, "At Washington Mutual, we think people are pretty darn interesting. So we built a bank just for them." Also among the five persons featured is one Don Johnson, who has collected 20,000 hammers.
