The recording industry's Rock the Vote is enlisting some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Sheryl Crow and Robin Williams, to star in its 1996 public service effort to get young people to register and vote. GSD&M, Au stin, Texas, created the bulk of the 30-some TV spots. Rock the Vote handled other advertising primarily in-house.
