The latest issue of John F. Kennedy Jr.'s George, hitting newsstands today, makes its first departure from covers featuring pop culture stars in George Washington-era attire. House Speaker Newt Gingrich gets the cover because, Mr. Kennedy explained, he "is going to be hosting the Republican convention and we felt he'd be a point of heat or tension." With the August issue, year-old George increases to monthly frequency.
