Fictitious love therapist Dr. Phil White expounds on music's passion-inducing effects, in a campaign for a four-CD compilation of love songs from EMI-Capitol Music Group. In the teaser part of the campaign, the doctor acts out with amorous puppets and tries to use music to induce goldfish to spawn. In the main commercials, he discusses the various CDs. As the doctor says, "Each song is a love weapon." Deutsch, New York, created the $5 million campaign. for the "Hot Luv," "Movie Luv," "Real Luv" and "Smooth Luv" CDs.
