PARTY ANIMAL: Ameritech Corp. is trumpeting its "official communications company" status for the Democratic National Convention, set for Chicago Aug. 26-29. Fallon McElligott, Minneapolis, created the outdoor boards, supported by magazine and newspaper ads. Ameritech is providing 8,000 cellular phones, 15,000 pagers and 8,000 phone lines to participants at the convention.
