LaQuinta touts new look

Published on .

LaQuinta Inns will break a $10 million ad campaign from Publicis/Bloom, Dallas, on Monday touting the hotel chain's $200 million renovation of all 30,000 rooms in its system. With ten insertions in USA Today Sun Belt markets, the campaign also will be supported by eight 30-second TV spots on cable and local network affiliates in 30 markets through July 20. It is LaQuinta's first major entry into TV. A traveling promotion, "The newest room on the road," will feature a typical LaQuinta room on a 68-foot truck to show the traveling public the new look.
