To2 (www.to2.com), pronounced to-dos, (meaning "everything" and"everybody" in Spanish) has launched an Internet site. Full-page adsdesigned by Betancourt Barba EuroRSCG promote the site and are appearing in Mexican newspapers.
The gateway provides news from correspondents in Mexico City, LosAngeles, New York, Houston, Washington, Buenos Aires, Lima, Santiagode Chile, Caracas, Quito and Madrid. In addition, the site has chatrooms for users who want to discuss and debate issues and events occurring in the region and throughout the world.
To2 attempts to link Latinos with those interested in the region andsays by year-end its site will be fully bilingual.
The site hopes to generate revenues through advertising and publication subscriptions and is considering offering advertisers profit-sharing incentives.
