Frito-Lay's most senior marketing post is open following the promotion of Brock Leach to president-CEO, Frito-Lay/North America. He had been senior VP-marketing. Roger Berdusco, now VP-marketing, is the front-runner to succeed Mr. Leach, who was responsible for the introduction of baked/healthy snacks that contributed $1 billion in sales last year.
