Leagas Delaney scoops $24 million global launch for Justpeople.com

Published on .

LONDON--Leagas Delaney, London, has won the $24 million global launch for Justpeople.com, an Internet job-recruitment site. Justpeople.com will roll out first in the U.K. as a career management and recruitment service connecting job hunters and employers through its Web site.

The service will expand to other international markets starting with the U.S. and Australia by the end of the year, says Lucian Hudson, head of content and editor-in-chief of Justpeople.com. Mr. Hudson, a former BBC Worldwide head of programming, will be responsible for creating authoritative, regularly updated content designed to help users of the Web site.

The agency appointment followed presentations from several "strong agencies", says Mr. Hudson. The agencies were not identified.
