The National Ski Areas Association tapped Leagas Delaney, San Francisco, as lead agency for a new $20 million account designed to increase skiing and snowboarding by 12% by the winter 2001 season. Leagas pitched the account with Mandala Agency, Bend, Ore., whose ski area experience tipped the scales for Leagas Delaney, the client said.
