Leap Group net income up for year

Leap Group reported $1.3 million in net income for the year ended Jan. 31, up 86% from the previous year. Revenues for the year totaled $16.1 million, nearly double 1996 revenues. Leap's fourth-quarter consolidated revenues increased 214% to $3.8 million. The company opened a new office in Los Angeles during the quarter and also launched a new company, Quantum Leap Communications, which creates and markets communications technology.
