Leap merges Kang & Lee with YAR Communications

Leap Group completed its acquisition of Kang & Lee Advertising, New York, and merged it with YAR Communications to form new multicultural agency One World Communications, New York. The new shop has billings estimated at $260 million, and will be headed by Yuri Radzievsky, formerly YAR's president-CEO.
