Leap Partnership gets L.A. utility business

The Los Angeles Department of Water & Power has selected Leap Partnership, Santa Monica, Calif., a subsidiary of Leap Group, as its agency of record following a review. Leap Partnership will develop a strategic advertising and marketing campaign for the utility, including TV, outdoor, print and Web site development. Annual spending is estimated at $7 million.
