Mr. Fielding is based in Hong Kong and will focus primarily on driving Leo Burnett's key research initiatives, including the development of proprietary media planning systems.
He joined the agency from AC Nielsen, where he worked for two and a half years, first running its TV Audience and Advertising Expenditure (ADEX) measurement operations in Malaysia and then serving as consultant to the Indonesia peoplemeter panel in Jakarta.
Previously, he worked for Taylor Nelson AGB in London.
