Schroter, CEO at Frankfurt-based Lowe & Partners, will move to the same post in the rival agency, filling a position that has lain vacant since the spring when general manager Peter Christian Patzelt left to become a partner at Rempen & Partner Duesseldorf.
Greulich, Lowe Frankfurt's chief creative officer, will take the same title at Michael Conrad & Leo Burnett. It will be a new position for the agency.
It is not clear when the two, who have worked at Lowe Frankfurt for four years, will be free to move jobs. They have been instructed by the Lowe Group not to talk to the press.
Reiner Erfert, chairman of Michael Conrad & Leo Burnett and responsible for building Burnett's network in the Central and Eastern Europe region, has been caretaking the CEO role at Germany's 13th biggest agency since Patzelt's departure.
