Liberty Digital ups stake in ACTV

Liberty Digital, a new-media company with investments in Internet content and infrastructure and interactive TV, invested an additional $20 million in interactive TV company ACTV, increasing its investment in the company to 16%. It did so by exercising a warrant for 2.5 million shares of ACTV granted in March 1999.
